Return/Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received.
Non-Refundable Items
All retired sets are only eligible for a refund if the set remains sealed and in the same condition as received.
Return Process

Wait for return authorization instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged

The wrong item was shipped

The product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
