Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on:​

  • Order size and weight

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ground Advantage: 2 - 5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2 – 7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete shipping details

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us for assistance

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be:

  • Reshipped at the customer’s expense, or

  • Refunded minus shipping costs
